3730 S Las Vegas Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89158 Phone: (702) 590-5757

As its only location in Las Vegas, celebrities from Los Angeles to New York City flock to the Catch ARIA resort. Located at the stunning ARIA location, it is a dining experience that starts as soon as you walk to the beautifully adorned entryway and doesn’t end until the night does, they are known for high-quality sushi, like the Catch Roll, and delicious seafood dishes, like seared tuna. Even the brunch menu, available on weekends, doesn’t disappoint.

Whether you are looking for a delicious meal with great service before you head out for the night’s planned entertainment at one of Vegas’s amazing nightclubs or you plan on staying late once Catch’s own ambiance smoothly shifts to a late-night club-type vibe, this culinary hotspot has just what you need. But don’t forget to try the truffle fries. It ranks among the most unforgettable dining experiences on the Strip.

The Atmosphere

Arriving at Catch Las Vegas is a unique experience with a grand entryway that is both elegant and surprisingly urban. The style is a perfect vision of the restaurant’s dining room. It incorporates industrial building elements like exposed beams, grey brickwork, and even boat propellers as decor. Trees and other foliage, along with various lighting fixtures, work to soften the harshness of this blunt backdrop. The style has all the allure of Old Las Vegas mixed with modern charm.

The two extremes blend seamlessly, like the transition from early evening meals to prime time dinner hours and into late night partying, often attracting A-listers. As a go-to dining destination, Catch Las Vegas at the ARIA Resort offers something for everyone, as long as you know when to arrive. Meet a few friends for drinks and appetizers early in the night, make reservations for a meal with family or friends, or stay for a late-night party. This is more than a celebrity chef experience. It’s a celebrity diner experience.

No matter what time of night you plan your dinner reservation, this dining destination for celebrities has selfie-ready backdrops, a sophisticated vibe, creative cocktails, and epic renditions of Asian-influenced sushi, seafood, and steak.

The Dress Code

Like many upscale Las Vegas, NV restaurants, the Catch enforces a dress code. The management on duty has the right to refuse service based on this dress code. While many establishments require a certain level of attire, they only restrict certain types of clothing, such as athletic and beachwear, tank tops and tee-shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants, and casual shorts. So a stopover at Ross on the Strip is great for daily grinding, nightlife requires a bit more. Overly revealing clothing may also be restricted, although this definition is also often up to management. They don’t allow flip-flop style shoes.

Celebrations like birthdays or bachelor and bachelorette dinner parties may inspire sashes, crowns, ribbons, wands, hats, or other paraphernalia. These aren’t allowed while dining, but you can still enjoy a celebratory piece of their famous “Hit Me” chocolate cake. It is among the best desserts on the Strip.

The Other Dining Guidelines

The Las Vegas location, like all others, is a mature setting fashioned more for adults than families with young children. Parties with guests under 21 must finish their meal before 8:00 pm, when the restaurant’s atmosphere changes to that of a nightclub.

No outside food or beverages are allowed in the restaurant. Those guests who are celebrating a momentous occasion are encouraged to try one of Catch’s many delicious desserts.

The Menu

Anytime Waffle Tower

The Catch Las Vegas breakfast menu offers your favorite sushi, seafood, and steak options. Sushi includes the famous Catch Roll and signature O-Toro. Classic egg dishes are elevated to Catch standards, as are the anything-but-standard breakfast burrito, salads, and avocado toast. Seared tuna, oysters, and truffle sashimi are listed alongside cinnamon roll pancakes and the Anytime Waffle Tower. It’s truly among the top brunches on the Strip.

Executive chef Andrew Carroll and sushi chef Stan Xu bring epic renditions of unique dishes and classic seafood favorites to the table. Maine Lobster Mac & Cheese becomes something just a little bit “more” when served at the Catch, just like the Crispy Shrimp or the Seared Tuna with your choice of side. The Parmesan Truffle Fries are popular and come highly recommended by regulars.

Grilled Octopus with garlic aioli is another shining example of why this restaurant is one of the better seafood restaurants on the Strip. Steak and chicken entrees are available for those who would rather not have seafood, plus a mushroom pasta can be made vegan upon request, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

Desserts include the “Hit Me” chocolate cake with “liquid Klondike” rich chocolate sauce and Dulche de Leche ice cream. You can also choose from the Donut Wonder Wheel, Sticky Coconut Cake, sorbet, or a vegan pistachio “cheesecake.”

With an Asian-influenced menu, you’d expect quality sake. You can also order from a selection of fine wines and liquors. They have a full bar menu of signature drinks such as the “Detox Retox” and “One Too Many.”

The Price Guide

As a premier seafood restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, menu prices are on the higher side. You should expect standard sushi rolls or sashimi to range in price from $12 to $20. Signature rolls, like O-Toro, the Catch Roll, and the MRC Roll, range from $23 to $36. The stand-out exception is the Wagyu Surf & Turf Roll at $42. While far from Las Vegas’s most expensive meal, it ranks up there.

Cold and Signature Cold dishes are unique, like the Rainbow Sashimi Salad or the Albacore Nigiri. Also included here are the small seafood tower at $110 and the large seafood tower at $185. These towers are ideal when feeding a large group or as an appetizer centerpiece at an event.

Ranging from $23 to $36, Catch Classics are many of the much-loved seafood dishes with a Catch ARIA twist. Enjoy Maine Lobster Mac & Cheese, Crispy Shrimp, and more. The Mushroom Pasta, which can be made vegan upon request, is $28. The Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu will fluctuate based on market price.

The Catch Las Vegas menu is quite diverse, and prices will continue to adjust based on market demand, seasonal availability, and menu item changes.

However, many of these same reviews also note the ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant being the main attraction.

Some reviewers mention that hosts are not as interactive as they expect from an upscale restaurant or may even seem distant or rude. While this may be the case with some interactions, because it can take weeks for a reservation here, you can imagine the restaurant stays bustling. Hosts are often engaged with many guests at once, seating as many reservation diners on time as possible while also being on the lookout for celebrities who might want to drop in at their favorite restaurant. Very few reviews mention poor service.
