Everything feels like it’s falling back into place with buffets coming back
By OTS Staff
On Thursday, May 20, 2021, following over a year, Caesar Palace’s Bacchanal Buffet will reopen with a fresh multi million-dollar enhancement. Las Vegas isn’t the same without buffets, which is why reopening buffets on the Strip is a reassuring sign that Sin City is bouncing back.
Major renovations have revived the buffet’s seafood, carving, American and Latin Kitchens, front entrance and dining room sections. Along with the exciting new makeover, the buffet will also serve over 30 new dishes that have been added to their delectable menu. Guests can make reservations for the first time at OpenTable.com.
The buffet’s new chews that you won’t want to miss include: food carts serving dim sum-style food, foie gras PB&J, Japanese wagyu hotdogs, among other new dishes such as chipotle bourbon oysters, duck carnitas quesadillas, vegan quinoa-stuffed baby sweet potatoes with fried kale, tomato tartar and coconut-carrot gazpacho.
Seafoodies will enjoy their crab legs and brand new seafood kitchen. Desserts worth saving room for will be their salted caramel popcorn, death by chocolate cupcakes and many more. The beauty in a buffet is there is a little bit of everything and dishes featuring flavors from all over the world such as Laotian, Filipino, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese specialties. Bring an appetite because you’ll want to taste a little bit of everything.
