One Steakhouse's tomahawk can feed 10 to 12 people and includes six sides

For more than a year, the cocooned Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas has been completing a metamorphosis into the much-awaited Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. When the hotel opened its doors Thursday, March 25, so, too, did the city’s newest steakhouse.
Here, Michael and David Morton (yes, it’s a dynasty, and they are the sons of steakhouse impresario Arnie Morton) have changed MB Steak into One Steakhouse. Those familiar with the space will undoubtedly find a few similarities inside the reimagined steakhouse. One Steakhouse has launched its website, and one menu highlight that has returned is the $1,200 tomahawk!
After the sticker shock wore off, we actually realized that Las Vegas’ most expensive steak might in fact be one of the city’s best values. How so, you ask? Well, at 16 pounds, it will reportedly feed 10 to 12 people and is accompanied by six sides.
And that’s not all. Executive Chef Patrick Munster (who previously stinted at SW and MB Steak) will personally oversee your meal and carve your Cote de Boeuf in the restaurant’s most elaborate table-side demonstration.
