The Orleans Splash Pool is a tropical oasis in a desert valley. You’ll find an impressive sun deck dotted with towering palm trees and surrounded by beautiful exotic gardens. Lay back on a lounger to catch some sun or dip into the cool, clear water to make a splash while you enjoy this unique swimming pool.  The pool complex includes one large swimming pool and a smaller one for kids. The kiddie pool is perfect for families, and you’ll find plenty of tables and chairs nearby. Families may want to rent a private cabana for privacy and relax in the cool shade as they spend the day at the pool.  Tropical cocktails and frozen specialty drinks plus beer, wine, and liquors are available at the Splash Pool Bar. Adults can enjoy a day of fun in the sun at the Orleans pool. Just pull up a chair or a lounger and hang out. Canopy daybeds are also available to rent. A whirlpool tub is the perfect place to relax and melt away some stress while on vacation, or maybe soothe some aching feet if you’ve been walking a lot.  Large groups can rent the gazebo for the day or even an event. Reservations must be made in advance for the gazebo.

The Orleans Las Vegas is a Child-Friendly Hotel

While adults can enjoy the slots, table games, bars, and other Las Vegas entertainment, the Orleans hasn’t forgotten about their younger visitors. They offer plenty of activities suitable for children as young as three years old, allowing kids to have just as much fun on a Vegas vacation.  The Orleans Bowling Center has 52 lanes with special pricing for kids under sixteen. Stop by during open play to bowl as many games as you’d like during the allotted times. The bowling alley also includes a snack bar and video arcade. Families or older children can catch a movie at Century Orleans 18 with plush recliners and reserved seating. Head to the Orleans Splash Pool for a tropical paradise that includes both a large central pool and a separate kiddie pool. Families can rent canopy daybeds or even private cabanas to enjoy their time at the pool in the shade and with some privacy.  Kids Tyme provides supervised fun for kids aged three to 12 with a jungle gym, movie room, video games, and even arts and crafts. Children can play for up to five hours. Parents must stay on-site while kids are playing at Kids Tyme, and all children must be potty trained. If you are interested in this supervised care, be sure to call ahead to make sure it will be available during your stay.

The Orleans Las Vegas is a Family-Friendly Hotel

The Orleans is a family-friendly hotel with accommodations to suit families of all sizes and kids of any age. There are plenty of on-site entertainment options and supervised attention when parents want to explore the Orleans on their own. 

Oversized Deluxe and Premium Rooms start at 450 square feet and include a small sitting area. They also allow for plenty of room when setting up a playpen or if you need a rollaway or crib, which are available upon request. One- and two-bedroom suites provide a more spacious living area for families needing more room. 

The Orleans entertainment includes a bowling alley, movie theater, and the Time Out arcade. Head to the tropical paradise Orleans Splash Pool, which offers a large pool but also a smaller one for younger kids. Families can rent canopy day beds or private cabanas for more privacy and shade.

When the adults would like to enjoy dinner or some time at the table games, Kids Tyme offers supervised care for up to five hours for kids between three and twelve. Parents must stay in the building, but kids will enjoy a jungle gym, video games, and even arts and crafts while the adults can have some fun of their own. Families should call ahead to make sure Kids Tyme is available during their stay.

The Orleans Las Vegas is on the South of the Strip

The Orleans is located on Tropicana Avenue, just off the South Strip to the west. To reach Las Vegas Boulevard, head east three blocks, just past I-15. You’ll reach the New York New York, with its famous Big Apple Coaster and unique New York City-themed Cirque de Soleil show. The Tropicana is just across from there. It’s home to the longest-running show on the Strip, Legends in Concert.

Head to the MGM Grand for a long list of dining options, from celebrity chef restaurants like the Morimoto Las Vegas or the Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill to the expansive MGM Grand Buffet and the food court. The MGM Grand is also home to headlining attractions Jabbawockeez, David Copperfield, and Topgolf, plus many more. You’ll want to catch the Las Vegas Monorail here to explore the rest of Las Vegas Boulevard much more easily. You can purchase one-time rides or day passes for the Monorail. 

Allegiant Stadium is nearby the Orleans as well. The Stadium is home to the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and will be hosting Super Bowl LVIII in 2024. The local UNLV Rebels college sports team plays here as well. You will find a variety of concerts and events at Allegiant Stadium, as well as the T-Mobile Arena, located just north of the New York New York, and the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

The Orleans Las Vegas has rooms with Jacuzzis

There are two options for you at the Orleans if you are looking for Las Vegas accommodations with an in-room Jacuzzi. The one-bedroom New Orleans Suite and the two-bedroom Presidential Suite both feature gorgeous master bathrooms with Jacuzzis.

You also won’t need to schedule a treatment at the Orleans Spa or worry about how busy it will be if you feel like having a soak in the spur of the moment using your Day Pass. With the New Orleans Suite or the Presidential Suite at the Orleans Las Vegas, you have the luxury of soaking any time you’d like. 

These oversized, jetted bathtubs are located at the end of the long main bathroom. They are deep-set into an alcove, providing a quiet, private retreat even while in your own suite. Marble surrounds the tub, with plenty of space to set out towels, clothes, or even safely set a device for music away from the water. Dim the bathroom and overhead light to have filtered light from the bedroom through the glass-brick wall across from you. 

After a long soak in your in-room Jacuzzi, head to the King bed in front of the fireplace for a calming, restful night of sleep.

The Orleans Las Vegas is a Hotel with Rooms

The Orleans has a total of 1,886 rooms and suites. All accommodations have been recently renovated with more modern and upscale decor for a more luxurious feel. There are four suites to choose from at the Orleans Casino in Las Vegas. The Executive Suite and New Orleans Suite are both one-bedrooms, while those needing a bit more room have the options of the Louisiana and Presidential Suites. All suites are spacious, with careful attention paid to guest comfort. All suite guests enjoy stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip.

The 900 square foot one-bedroom Executive Suite is thoughtfully designed with a light and modern feel. The decor incorporates clean lines and a variety of textures with pops of bold red. A spacious living area includes plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table for four, and a wet bar. While useful if entertaining, the space doesn’t feel too large for only one person. The bright and sunny bedroom includes overhead, table, and window light. Guests enjoy a large armoire in a separate dressing area and a well-equipped bathroom with a glassed-in marble shower.

For a more luxurious one-bedroom suite, the 1,800 square foot New Orleans offers richly textured fabrics and deep wood tones with the occasional use of bright purple. Influenced by the opulence and fun of both New Orleans and Las Vegas, the living area includes a plush sectional and dining table for six plus a wet bar and half-bath. The bedroom’s King bed is piled high with pillows and faces a fireplace. The main bathroom includes a marbled walk-in shower and a separate, more secluded jacuzzi tub. The Orleans Las Vegas has Two Bedroom Suites

Two-bedroom suites at the Orleans are ideal for families or small groups that need more space and want upgraded accommodations. The Louisiana and Presidential Suites provide spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, and well-equipped bathrooms. Recently renovated, its suites now feature upscale decor, each which a distinct feel. 

The Louisiana Suite is 1,350 square feet and perfect for families or those traveling as a group. It is designed with contrasting colors, clean lines, and variously textured surfaces. The large living area provides comfort as well as style. A seating area, dining table, and wet bar with stools offer plenty of space for daily activities. The main bedroom includes a king bed with a separate dressing area and armoire. The second bedroom features two beds – a twin and a double – to sleep up to three people. Both rooms include a large, private bathroom with a TV, hairdryer, and walk-in shower. 

The two-bedroom Presidential Suite at the Orleans is the ultimate luxury, spanning over 2,500 square-feet. The plush sectional sofa and purple dining table accents are extravagant and sophisticated, accentuating the suite’s rich wood tones and deeply textured fabrics. The main bedroom includes a king bed and fireplace with an elegant marble bathroom. Feel the luxury with beautiful marble, gold touches, and bright lights, or head to the back for a more private, quiet bath in the Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is home to a queen bed, a chair with an ottoman by the window, and a sink separate from the bathroom.

The Orleans Las Vegas has Spa Suites

There are two spa suites at the Orleans: the one-bedroom New Orleans Suite and the two-bedroom Presidential Suite. These posh, luxurious suites offer upgraded amenities, plenty of space, and a wonderful experience for those visiting Las Vegas who want to do so in style and comfort. 

Both suites are designed with a similar layout and decor, with the two-bedroom including the additional bedroom and bathroom. The living area is spacious, with a large, plush sectional backed by a wet bar and bar stools. It’s the perfect place to socialize. Gather around the dining table for six after a quick call to 24-hour room service. There’s a half-bath off the main living space for convenience as well. 

It is the main bedroom and bathroom that make these suites stand out. The bedroom is roomy with a comfortable King bed and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is designed of beautiful marble with glass, gold, and reflective surfaces to let you know that you are genuinely experiencing luxury. The bathroom includes a marble walk-behind shower, double sinks, a private toilet room with a bidet, and a walk-in closet. 

Keep walking toward the back of the long bathroom, though, and you will find a more secluded spot to sit and soak in a deep Jacuzzi tub. Set deep into a somewhat enclosed space, feel free to dim the lights, and relax into the hot water and powerful jets. Afterward, enjoy the bedroom fireplace for the ultimate spa evening.
