Swimming Pools at the Wynn Las Vegas

The pools at Wynn are more than just water and chairs. Experience a whole frontier of relaxation that includes dining, private cabanas, dayclubs and parties. Wynn has four pools that are shared with Encore. The Wynn Resort Pool stretches across the property and is cut by a bridge for guests to cross over, allowing them to look down into the crystal clear water. Naturally, a Jacuzzi accompanies this pool, to heat up the more mild Las Vegas days. The Tower Suites pool is available as an exclusive perk for guests, and for an international twist, head to the adults-only European pool to sunbathe in a more traditional fashion. Hungry? A litany of poolside dining options awaits. Tableau is the signature eatery of Wynn’s pools, with outdoor seating overlooking the water and a delectable brunch menu. Not to be forgotten, Terrace Point Café and Jardin are also stationed around the pools, ready and waiting to provide refreshments to pool visitors and guests alike. To enjoy more dining, reserve a cabana with private service options, or simply sip on a cooling cocktail in one of the comfy chaises by the water. Each pool at Wynn and Encore is easily accessible from either resort. To read more about Encore’s pools and famous dayclubs, visit their pool information page.

The Spa at Wynn is also 5 star Spa, making it one of only 5 other spas on the Las Vegas Strip. Furthermore, Wynn Las Vegas has a 5 star restaurant within its halls, the Chinese fine dining experience at Wing Lei. The restaurant serves Peking duck, among other delicious choices, and is directed by Chef Ming Yu.

Wynn Las Vegas is on the North of the Strip

Wynn Las Vegas, the base of your Las Vegas Strip adventure, is located on the north end. This means most of your sight-seeing will need to be done across the street and south of your resort location. There are a few interesting sights further north than Wynn, including Resorts World, a very new casino worth exploring. Beyond that, you’ll be able to visit Sahara and other classic Las Vegas locations on Fremont Street and downtown.

To the south, you can explore the rest of the Las Vegas Strip. Initially, you’ll be able to walk the canal shops of the Venetian and Palazzo. Across Las Vegas Boulevard, spend your days shopping or visiting Treasure Island.

All this and more is yours to see and do with a stay at Wynn Las Vegas.

Wynn Panoramic View rooms are an upgrade, sitting on the 28th floor or higher. More About Wynn Las Vegas

Explore Wynn Las Vegas Resort

Vintage Vegas in a Vibrant Modern Age

Wynn Las Vegas is a pioneer for elegance and modern luxury.

History

The resort’s previous occupant was the Desert Inn Hotel, which was open for 50 years and through several rebrands before its demolition in 2001. Notable guests included Howard Hughes, whose stayed were made notorious by his refusal to check out of the room. Instead of vacating his room, he simply bought the property.

Frank Sinatra was another esteemed guest, and Wynn’s current property nods to both men in its branding, through Sinatra classics played in each hotel room and the namesake Sinatra restaurant in the Encore.

Now, Wynn Las Vegas is a place of splendor that nods to the vintage figures that made it famous. Standing at the south end of the Strip, between the Palazzo and connecting Encore, the rich chocolate-brown exterior invites guests to explore the property and all of its treasures.

The trek through each resort is extensive, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes—and durable pants—while strolling through the lush gardens and the casino.

Meeting Spaces

Ballrooms

Three main ballrooms make up Wynn’s primary meeting space. The Cristal Ballroom, Lafite Ballroom and Latour have five-figure capacities and thoughtful details to up the luxury.

Meeting Rooms

As a charming feature, the many meetings rooms at Wynn are named after French wines and their regions, such as Alsace and Margaux. When combined, each meeting space has a capacity for thousands of guests, with the possibility of several subdivisions.

Wedding Venues

The resort is not the only aspect that is all-inclusive. Plan a wedding at Wynn from start to finish through the signature wedding package, all come to life in one of three gorgeous private venues. After the ceremony, head to the outdoor event pavilion for a sunset toast to the new couple.

Pools

Each pool at Wynn is a special commodity. Enjoy one of four relaxing poolside spots, complete with cabanas and chaises. Plus, for night swims and some wet’n’wild fun, visit the Encore Beach Club and XS pools after the sun goes down.

Valet parking is $25 a day for Wynn guests and non-guests, and the entrances are found at the south gate as well as the main valet area. Complimentary valet is limited to select rewards members.

Transportation

Rideshare is available for Wynn guests. The pick-up and drop-off area is located at the main entrance of the hotel property.

Treat yourself to education with one of many masterclasses, such as Mastering the Art of Bread or everyone’s favorite, a Master Chocolate Class. Expert chefs will critique your culinary creations while you learn a new skill to take home as a souvenir.

Restaurants

Allegro

Allegro at Wynn

Guests on the casino floor can’t miss Allegro, with its plush decor and bright, welcoming sign. As one of the most popular Italian restaurants on the Strip, Allegro specializes in authentic Napolese dishes, such as minestrone soup and antipasti salad.

The Buffet

Buffet at Wynn

Wynn’s Buffet is a colorful choice for dining indulgence. No dish is excluded, from the carving station to the stacked dessert counter. Note: the queue can be long, so reservations or pre-payment are recommended during peak times.

Check your Wynn Slots app for a chance to play for a free buffet.

The Café

With all the charm of a casual French eatery, The Café provides the perfect break in the action from the casino floor and the fuel before a show at one of the theaters. In a rush? Online ordering is available to grab drinks, sandwiches and pastries on the go.

Charlie’s Bar + Grill

Jardin

The dining room at Jardin has a calm, breezy atmosphere, not unlike a butterfly sanctuary or greenhouse. Dine among floral finery for both breakfast and brunch, and enjoy an extensive array of healthy options, many of which are vegan-friendly.

La Cave

Located directly across from the buffet, La Cave is a subtle, romantic spot on the Strip where guests can escape to the intimate dining room or outdoor patio. The wine list may be pristine, but this is also an excellent place for a dessert cocktail or spirit to accompany the meal. Brunch is also available.

Lakeside

The desert may be lacking an ocean, but Lakeside at Wynn’s Hawai’ian fare and waterfront patio can emulate the laid-back vibes of a tropical dining experience. We recommend pairing a pile of king crab legs with one-of-a-kind desserts, such as the signature Kaua‘i Sugarloaf Pineapple Upside Down Cake.

Mizumi

Chef Min Kim is decorated with awards and Michelin stars galore, and his artistry is reflected in the cuisine at Mizumi. His multicultural background in kitchens all over Asia brought about a curated menu with sushi, tempura and robatayaki to cater to diverse palates.

Mizumi Teppanyaki

teppan show at a traditional Japanese restaurant

Snag dinner and a show under one room. Teppanyaki is Japanese for “iron plate,” and the in-table grilling display, along with the attentive staff, will transport diners to the streets of Tokyo. Sit back and relax with a premade teppan menu packed with fresh seafood and top-grade beef ready to hit the grate.

Red 8

Looking for a more casual eatery to start a late evening? The cozy Red 8 restaurant represents several Asian regions and their signature dishes. Mongolian beef, Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken and Singaporean seafood laska are just some of the prime choices waiting to be devoured.

SW Steakhouse

SW Steakhouse is a steak lover’s dream, with the juiciest, most premier cuts on the market. Japanese A5 wagyu is just one option on the patented wagyu menu, along with both dry-aged and wet-aged beef cuts to round out the list. Don’t forget the add-ons; with additions including maple-glazed bacon and shallots and black truffle creamed corn, your taste buds will be dancing in time to the theatrics of the Lake of Dreams show.

SW is one of the steakhouses on the Strip that is worth visiting.

Tableau

Tableau is Wynn’s poolside restaurant, which South Tower guests can access with ease from their own elevators. Take brunch outside on the patio, or enjoy it at an indoor table adorned with flowers and creative decor. While Tableau is a morning spot, their wine selection is strong, so add a bottle to brunch and start the day with a bang.

Terrace Pointe Café

This sweet café spot is a fun place to start the morning. Terrace Pointe is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and set to “panoramic views of manicured gardens” with an all-day breakfast menu.

Urth Caffé

Wing Lei

The interior of Wing Lei is as golden as its Michelin star, making it an inaugural winner for Chinese restaurants in North America. outdoor entrance to Wynn Plaza shops

View our comprehensive guide for more details.

Wynn Espalande

The translation of “esplanade” is “level walkway” or “promenade.” This level of shops is the creme de la creme of shopping on the Strip. With names like Balenciaga, Dior and Mikimoto, shoppers are spoiled for choice when selecting their next luxury item to bring home.

Alexander McQUEEN

With a lifelong career in fashion (and a stint of time with Givenchy) Alexander McQUEEN left a legacy of couture that is both timeless and trendy. Visit the Wynn location to pick up the latest seasonal pieces curated from the sourced “bad boy of fashion.”

Balenciaga

The infamous “sock sneaker” is just one staple piece to source from Balenciaga. Since this Spanish designer brand is known for its trendsetting introduction styles, shopping at Wynn Esplanade to break fashion boundaries is a must.

Bijan – House of Bijan

This menswear outlet has a more rugged inventory, with exotic leathers and sensuous fragrances on full display. House of Bijan has been touted as “the most expensive men’s boutique in the world,” but the quality of goods justifies the price tag.

Brioni

Italian menswear should be the golden standard for fashion, and Brioni has every occasion covered, from casual beach outings to black-tie events.

Cartier

Cartier is a staple in any luxury resort, and the Wynn Esplanade location is no exception. Shop pieces from both modern and timeless collections that nod to the brand’s inception in 1847.

Canada Goose

Canada Goose has made its debut at Wynn Las Vegas with its lines of luxury winter gear that elevate any cold weather outfit to haute couture. Check out the latest jackets, parkas and accessories to gear up for chilly Mount Charleston hikes — or a wintery walkabout in the store’s signature Snow Room.

Chloé

Chloé was introduced in 1952, making it an incredible year for fashion. Chloé is one of the most recognized brands in the world, boasting associations with icons such as Karl Lagerfeld and Stella McCartney. Known for their “ready-to-wear” collections, this designer is a must for stocking up on wardrobe basics.

Dior

The French connection is never far in the Wynn Esplanade. Dior is a leading name in femininity and luxury goods, and from streetwear to high-end pieces, no wrong choice is made when it comes to stocking your wardrobe.

Givenchy

While the original house of Givenchy has stood proudly in France since 1952, the first-ever US boutique was born at Wynn. The heightened casual style is just as easy to shop for as it is to wear.

Kwiat

There is no shortage of wedding chapels on the Strip. Lock in the matrimony with a Kwait diamond ring cut exclusively for the love of your life, by a family business that has over a century of experience.

Louis Vuitton

Aptly abbreviated to match the city of Las Vegas, Louis Vuitton, or “LV” is always at the height of popularity. With stores exclusively for both men and women in the Wynn Espalande, the reaches of fashion extend far beyond the trademark handbags here.

Mikimoto

The old-fashioned notion of pearls is absent in this cutting edge, stylish boutique. Mikimoto dominates the pearl industry, with its founder creating the first cultured pearls for commercial wear in the 18th century. Now, the opalescent gems are revitalized in Mikimoto pieces time and time again, and are ready to be explored and worn by Wynn visitors.

Moncler

The desert can get chilly during the winter months. Moncler is here to dress the outdoorsy, with skiwear and cold weather outerwear that is ready for the red carpet—or a snowy trip to the Grand Canyon.

NutriDrip by Clean Market

NutriDrip is a staple stop, proving IV drips revolutionary health care practice that has been shown to provide optimal nourishment and revitalization to the body—or aid a hangover after a night out at EBC.

Philipp Plein

Straight from the streets of Germany, the extreme tastes and avant-garde fashion designs of Philipp Plein are anything but subtle. Shop extreme footwear designs and bejeweled pieces to stand out from the crowd.

Prada

Prada is a traveler’s staple; their signature bags and accessories are on full display at the Esplanade. Pick a piece that has over 100 years of trendsetting fashion history backing its creation.

Rolex

The leading name in timepieces. The quality of craftsmanship is evident in each handcrafted watch, strap and associated accessory. Rolex is ready to adorn the wrists of shoppers who value their time.

Salvatore Ferragamo

If Wynn is focused on creating health-focused quality experiences, the Salvatore Ferragamo is in tandem with the resort’s modus operandi with its sustainability focus. Make a conscious choice, and shop gifts and apparel for both men and women.

Van Cleef & Arpels

Van Cleef & Arpels is the curator of many signature collections, including the iconic four-leaf clover pieces that are internationally recognized. This jewelry retailer has its own spin on the trending Zodiac-inspired collections, all available at the Esplanade.

Watches of Switzerland

Tailor the shopping experience with a private consultation for your next accessory. Watches of Switzerland will also repair current items and update straps for a new look.

The Future

Wynn will see a change in leadership. Matt Maddox, the former CEO of Wynn Resorts, announced his retirement from the position in late 2021. His replacement is Wynn Interactive CEO and former CFO Craig Billings, who will assume the role in early 2022.
