This unique luxury resort was the only hotel-casino to open in Las Vegas in 2010. It was a collaboration between former Las Vegas Sands Executive David Friedman, real estate developer Ian Bruce Eichner and Soros Fund Management. Built on the former parking lot of the Jockey Club, it is located in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. It is the second hotel on the Las Vegas Strip to feature an underground parking lot directly underneath the hotel. Being a part of the Marriott Bonvoy’s boutique Autograph Collection portfolio, guests are also guaranteed that the resort follows Marriott’s Commitment to Clean guidelines for COVID-19, making it a clean and safe place to go wild.
Within this lavish resort is a vibrant nightlife scene that captivates even the biggest homebodies. Staying with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will guarantee guests spectacular views, stylish decor and a comfortable environment to decompress in after a day in Vegas. There is 3,027 rooms total, and guests can choose from the more affordable city rooms to rooms with private terraces showcasing amazing views of the Las Vegas Strip. For guests with disabilities, hearing and accessibility rooms are available for an accommodatingly stylish stay.
For a more tropical experience, the Lanai Suites are available for a fusion of a beautiful island beach house with modern city luxury. There are also Bungalow rooms that overlook the Marquee Dayclub Pool. The Chelsea Penthouse is also available for a luxurious choice that guarantees panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. Each room comes with Netflix and Pandora-enabled plasma-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and high-tech control panels.

There are four floors of meeting rooms and ballrooms at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. For smaller gatherings, 1,050 square feet reception suites are available with arrangeable seating and a full kitchen. There are also king-sized Seco beds for overnight accommodations.
The second floor features a 10,000 square foot common area surrounded by nine meeting rooms and 2 boardrooms, seating about 20 people each.
The third floor is known for having a FedEx office in-house, known as the Business Center, right in the middle of the 100,000 square feet of conference space. There, guests can hold important business meetings while also having their printing, packing and shipping needs satisfied.
The fourth and final floor holds the largest ballroom, called the Belmont. Along with the grandiose ballroom space are two other ballrooms, 17 meeting rooms and 15,000 square feet of common space.

The Chelsea Pool is a stylish desert oasis available for a break from the excitement of the city. Open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., it is located on level 14 of Chelsea Tower. Looking for a place to relax while looking at panoramic views of the city? This is the perfect spot.

Marquee is 22,000 square feet of poolside party. In level three of The Chelsea Tower is the Chelsea concert venue, with 40,000 square feet of entertainment possibilities. The space includes a vintage lobby bar, private VIP opera boxes, a grand staircase, and glass chandeliers. Its debut concert residency from 2013 to 2015 was headlined by Bruno Mars.
The OPIUM Theatre is the resident theatre for the chaotically creative minds of Spiegelworld, creators of Absinthe at Caesars Palace. OPIUM features a space-themed cult variety show filled with raunchy jokes, impossible feats and incredible spectacles.
Performances are Wednesday through Sunday at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Guests receive free complimentary self-parking and valet. For locals, complimentary self-parking is available for the first three hours. Motorcycles and two-wheeled vehicles can park for free. Parking structures can be found directly under The Cosmopolitan in an underground parking garage.
For non-hotel guests, the first hour of parking is free. 2-4 hours is $15, 4-24 hours is $18, and 24+ hours is $18 per day. Valet costs $15-$20 on average.
