8 Places With Free Parking on the Strip in Las Vegas

Free parking on the Strip in Las Vegas used to be an easy thing to find, regardless of where you searched. However, in recent years, it has become much more difficult to locate hotels and casinos that do not charge for parking. Free parking in Las Vegas is also a useful thing for tourists as well as locals, who exhibit frustration over paying parking fees for a simple night on the town.

Whether you are a Las Vegas visitor or local, utilize this list to find free parking on the Las Vegas Strip.

Table of Contents

1. Circus Circus Las Vegas

At Circus Circus Las Vegas, self parking is complimentary for both hotel guests and visitors alike.

There is also valet parking, though there is no free valet parking. Valet prices begin at $12 for the first two hours, continue to $14 or up to four hours, and are $16 dollars a day from four to 24 hours and each individual day beyond that. Circus Circus also has oversized parking for recreational vehicles, though this option incurs parking fees of $20 a day, and is subject to availability.

If you’ve been visiting Vegas long enough you know the Wynn has always taken care of its guests by providing free parking. Their free self-park is located off Las Vegas Blvd and is an easy in and easy out.

For Encore, the parking garage is tucked away from Las Vegas Boulevard, facing the back of the Strip. Wind up through the service road by taking a right if you’re traveling north, and turning in left if you’re going south.

Treasure Island is another venue on the Las Vegas Strip to offer free parking, and this resort is also in an excellent location. Get your parking spot any time of the day or night, as Treasure Island’s self parking is available 24/7. This self-park garage is connected to Treasure Island via a pedestrian bridge and has over 600 total spaces. If you drive an electric vehicle, you will be able to charge it while you play at one of their many charging stations. Free valet parking is available for hotel and casino guests, also 24 hours a day, though this is subject to limited availability.

5. The Shops at Crystals

The Shops at Crystals are one of those unique lesser-known names along the Las Vegas Strip. These shops are nestled within the CityCenter complex, near to the Cosmopolitan, Aria and Waldorf Astoria resort properties. The Shops at Crystals offers free valet parking Thursdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 9 a.m. Find the shops’ valet parking underground, on Aria Place and Las Vegas Boulevard.

6. Mandalay Bay—If You’re a Pearl Member

MGM properties notoriously do not offer free parking to just anyone. Even if you are a hotel guest, you’ll be hard-pressed to find free parking at any MGM location. However, there are certain gambling levels applied to M life members. Depending on which level you are in, you receive certain perks. These perks, if you are a Pearl member or above, include free parking at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. This hotel is on the southernmost end of the Strip, so if you are a Pearl level member or higher, and use the Mandalay Bay for parking, you will be near the Luxor and the MGM Grand.

7. The STRAT Hotel and Casino

If you’re looking for a place on the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip to find free parking, look no further than the Strat Hotel and Casino. By parking here, you will be able to experience everything that the Strat has to offer, from the opulent Top of the World restaurant to the SkyPod amusement rides. Then, beyond the Strat, you will be able to walk to the Sahara, which also has free parking, or the Circus Circus with its free parking. Access the free valet and self-parking at the Strat Hotel and Casino is located right off of Las Vegas Boulevard.

8. MGM Grand

Hoping to park for free at an MGM resort, without being a high playing member of M life rewards? Unfortunately, you will have to look elsewhere, just like at Mandalay Bay. There is only paid parking at this hotel and casino for any typical hotel and casino guest or visitor. However, if you have played your way up to the Pearl, Gold, Platinum and Noir levels of M life, you will be able to take advantage of free parking at the MGM Grand. Also, if you are a Nevada resident, you can take advantage of free parking here for up to three hours.
