Bear’s Best Golf Course
Located on Flamingo Road, the Bear’s Best Golf Course is a facility designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. Nicklaus combined his favorite elements from his over 200 courses, hence the name ‘Bear’s Best,’ making this course the perfect addition to his design list.
Opened in 2001, this 18-hole course has a pro shop, clubhouse, driving range, putting green, restaurant and bar capable of accommodating events. There is water at two spots which offer a challenge for experienced players, although you may want to bring an extra ball or two. Just a short ride by taxi from the Las Vegas Strip, this course may be the best Las Vegas Golf Club.
Revere Golf Club – Lexington
Designed by Billy Casper and Greg Nash, designers of a variety of Las Vegas courses, Revere Golf Club – Lexington may be their opus.
This Nevada desert canyon course was the first course built at The Revere back in 1999. A tad more difficult than its sister course, The Concord, The Lexington offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley.
The longest hole is number 11, a par 5 that stretches 625 yards. It features a double fairway, broken by sections of natural vegetation. The course is a favorite of tournaments and with a clubhouse and restaurant, it can be enjoyed all day long. Rio Secco Golf Club
Just 15 minutes from the strip, this course is one of the more beautiful throughout the Las Vegas area. It has water features designed by famous architect Rees Jones.
The course is split three ways. Six holes require players to navigate through steep canyons, while the next six are on a plateau overlooking the desert valley. The last six holes are in a broad desert that offer challenging par-4 and par-5’s.
The Butch Harmon School of Golf is at the Rio Secco course and with undulating greens and a variety of water hazards, it might be the key course to learn at.
Rhodes Ranch Golf Club
This tropical golf club was opened in 1997 and remains one of the treasured secrets of the Strip for pros in Las Vegas. Designer Ted Robinson stated the 3-pars are some of his best work throughout his career designing.
The 6,900-yard course features a massive amount of water features that demand precise tee shots, especially for hole 16.
The course contains a clubhouse and bar, and tee times start at 6 a.m. for early play.

Coyote Springs, Moapa

Angel Park, Mountain
Designed by legend Arnold Palmer, Angel Park in Nevada offers views of both Red Rock Canyon and the Las Vegas Strip. A par 71 from the top tees, it is 6,722 yards from the tips.
