The original festival took place in Santa Ana in April 2017, with Morrissey as one of the headliners and an all-too-familiar canceled first day. This year, Live Nation is hosting the When We Were Young 2023 festival. The show sold out so quickly that an additional date was added, to accommodate the masses.

Presale tickets became available for early access in February but have since sold out. GA tickets went on sale earlier this year, so getting any now will be resale. Tickets can be found on Stubhub and similar sites.

As the most walkable choice, SAHARA LAs Vegas has the fun, trendy accommodations for festival guests. Simply walk ten minutes up Sahara Avenue to find the grounds off this north Strip hotel.

It’ll be a great day to see Green Day when staying at The STRAT. One of the cheap Vegas Strip hotels has another perk; a bird’s-eye view of the festival from the 360-degree Observation Deck.
Resorts World Las Vegas (three hotels)
Luxury fans of yesteryear’s favorites will enjoy the good life before listening to Good Charlotte. The three hotels that make up the collection — Crockfords, Conrad and Hilton — are a little more than half a mile away.
Hilton Grand Vacations (two locations)
We advise you to Michelle Branch out and snag a stay at an upscale Hilton property. Two Hilton Grand Vacations live near the Strip, one on the Boulevard and one on Paradise Road, each located about a quarter mile from the grounds.
Renaissance Hotel
Make a simple plan to see Simple Plan. Renaissance Hotel is about a mile away from the fans and the bands, so it’s a longer walk. However, free parking and an outdoor pool make up for the distance. Renting a car in Vegas is a smart move for anyone looking to explore outside the Strip and see other sights, like the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign or Red Rock Canyon.
