If you’re in the Wild West, make sure you visit some of the most rocking country bars on the Strip Las Vegas. These seven dance halls, saloons and bars will have you two-stepping and dosey-doeing the night away. After all, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, even if it involves some line dancing.

Country Bars on the Strip

1. Losers at MGM Grand

As one of the newest country-themed bars in Las Vegas, Losers sits inside the MGM Grand. This “most wanted” bar hosts live music every single night of the week, a nod to Nashville and country music’s passion for the tunes. This live music occurs during the dinner hour and late into the night.

While enjoying the croon of a live country singer, sip on a wide variety of drink choices at Losers. From refreshing cold brews in bottles and from the tap, to wine, shots and specialty drinks, Losers has anything a party-goer in Las Vegas might need. Make sure you try the Bootwacker, Loser’s signature cocktail, frozen with Calypso and Captain Morgan rum with Patron and Hershey’s chocolate. Or, drink a variety of “Mules Around the World” which flavors harken back to Moscow, Ireland, Tennessee, Jamaica, Mexico and Scotland.

When looking for country bars in Las Vegas, consider visiting the exhilarating PBR Rock Bar and Grill. You’ll know you’re in the right place when you see the bull horns on the sign. PBR’s restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and of course cocktails. Order their chicken and waffles paired with bottomless mimosas for breakfast or the specialty PBR burger with bacon and onions for lunch. For dinner, they offer a cowboy ribeye, which will get you ready for a night of drinking, dancing and bull riding.

Behind the restaurant is PBR’s rock bar, where guests can play lawn games as well as drinking games. At night, the place turns into an exciting nightclub, with dancing, fun and VIP bottle service.

3. Gilley’s Saloon Las Vegas at Treasure Island

Gilley’s takes its rightful place as a top contender on our list of favorites. This saloon is not some dive bar or average spot to grab a whiskey. If you’re living in Las Vegas, you’re familiar with the advertisements for “Gilley’s Saloon Dance Hall and Barbecue!”

Yes, Gilley’s is a dance hall, barbecue joint and honky-tonk all rolled into one. Gilly’s BBQ opens every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The saloon has a country-western feel, down to the saddle barstools. Friday and Saturday they offer live music, often with no cover. Line dancing lessons are also provided every day. You can also try your luck at bull riding here.
