Their chickens are the best in Las Vegas, raised beyond free range and never fed any antibiotics.

The Japanese Wagyu New York, a six-ounce chateau enuae, is your best bet, though it will run you almost $400. A New York Sirloin may be a more obtainable choice at just $75 a steak.
Dry-Aged Washugyu Chuleton at Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres
Along the same lines of excellent cuts of beef, consider ordering your next meal at Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres. Bazaar Meat is located within the Sahara Las Vegas, and is the winner of many awards. For instance, Jose Andres has won the James Beard Award and has received Michelin stars. The restaurant itself has received the Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence, and Business Insider says Bazaar Meats is the best restaurant in Nevada.
Bazaar Meats holds unique events that are sometimes month-long. For instance, every Sunday in October, they host Caviar and Champagne Sundays, where guests dine on festive fall flavors as well as a 57-gram caviar flight, caviar tapas or table side tartar with beef sirloin.
