Nobu needs no introduction. This celeb-favorite Japanese restaurant has locations all over the world, including one at Caesars Palace. Though their meals are famously high-priced, they’re worth it; Nobu isn’t marketed as a health-food restaurant, but maybe they should be. The sushi rice here is specially prepared to omit unnecessary sugars and calories, according to an interview with Nobu’s owner. If you’re craving Japanese food but aren’t interested in highly-processed rice, make a reservation at Nobu.

The Flower Child menu is packed with nutritious and delicious bowls, salads, desserts and more, with options for all dietary needs. With choices for carnivores and vegans alike, you can get the perfect serving of protein in whichever form you prefer. Gluten-free eaters will be happy to see plenty of hearty GF options, too. They use clever substitutions to make junk food classics like pizza into surprisingly healthy, nutritious meals. If you’re looking for an acai bowl and skinny chef salad, don’t worry. They have those, too.

Greens and Proteins in Downtown Las Vegas is the place to go if you want to indulge without consequences. Visit one of their seven locations in Vegas valley.

At Grabbagreen, you can ‘grabba’ bowl, wrap, smoothie and more with complete transparency about your meal’s nutritional value. Plus, you can make virtually any menu item vegan or vegetarian. For a quick bite that’s just as filling as a burger and fries, stop in at Grabbagreen.

Address: 700 E Naples Dr #111, Las Vegas, NV 89119
Hours: Daily 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Phone: (702) 755-8127

Be careful at The Modern Vegan. Vegan doesn’t always mean healthy. Case in point: Oreos.

The Modern Vegan specializes in plant-based comfort food, which generally means high-fat, high-carb and high-calorie. However, they have some delicious bowls, wraps and salads that are 100% plant-based and 100% swoon-worthy. In particular, their Protein Buddha Bowls are worth paying TMV a visit. Make sure you read the fine print when you visit The Modern Vegan—aka, the ingredients—because you may find yourself craving something savory that’s covered in buffalo sauce.
